From filming for GREAT BRITISH MENU in January, leaving Morston Hall in February without a restaurant to my name, to GBM finals, the banquet for the amazing W.I. And now having a beautiful restaurant that I run with my amazing wife Katja in the heart of my home town of Norwich.
The road has not always been easy from getting the keys, having no budget to really speak of with no investors to now having a amazing team around us making our dream of running a family neighbourhood restaurant come true.
From Maddy running the restaurant and learning with us everyday and the epic power house that is Ashley our sous chef who without we wouldn’t be where we are now! Even if it has only been 5 months we are proud to say we have collected regulars and a small but perfectly formed reputation to build upon.
With the success of GBM and the dishes being on the menu we only want to grow and this is where you guys come in
We hope you will pop in and see what we are doing with the best of local produce, great wines, coffees and the great hospitality we strive to provide to let you guys do what you should do when going out to eat. And that is to enjoy each others company, all we do, is fill in the blanks of a great evening out!
