Reservations can be made using our online booking system or via email.
Should you wish to call, please bear with us as we are not always able to answer the phone.
We would like to politely ask that you stick to your reservation time. Should you be delayed for any reason, please call us and leave a message.
If we haven’t heard from you, we will hold your table for 30 minutes after your reservation time,
after that we will make that table available for bookings/walk-ins.
All bookings are guaranteed by your credit or debit card.
A charge of £50 per person will only incur if you fail to arrive without notice.
For cancellations of reservations of 5 or more we politely ask for at least 24 hours notice.
If we are able to resell your reservation no payment will be taken.
We accommodate all guests with mobility requirements. Our restaurant is ground floor level and wheelchair accessible. Dedicated space is available for wheelchairs and mobility aids during your visit. We kindly ask guests who require wheelchair access or additional assistance to inform us in advance, so that our team can arrange seating at a suitable table and ensure the most comfortable dining experience possible.Please note that our WC facilities are located on the first floor due to restrictions of the old building we call our home (the same level as The Sewing Room – our private dining space) and are accessible by stairs only; however, guests requiring accessible toilet facilities may use those available at a neighbouring restaurant. We can provide further information in this regard in advance or during your visit and our team can assist where necessary.
Children are most welcome at Benedicts.
The largest party we can accommodate in the restaurant is 6, in our Private Dining Room 14 guests.
You will receive a reservations confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please check your junk mail.
If you are unable to find space for the date you are looking for via the online booking system,
please email us your contact details should you wish to be contacted in the case of cancellation.

Our cakes are available to pre-order only. Add your pre-order to the comment box when booking online or email for more details.
Alternatively, guests are welcome to bring a celebration cake of their choosing for special occasions. If the cake is an additional offering to guests following dessert, no cakeage charge will apply. A cakeage charge of £5 per person will apply where an outside cake is brought into the restaurant and no dessert is ordered. This charge covers the preparation, presentation and service of the cake, together with the provision of tableware. To ensure a seamless dining experience, we kindly request that guests advise the restaurant in advance should they wish to bring a celebration cake.
Bespoke Flowers
Should you wish to order extra flowers for your table and make your celebration even more special, we work closely with the most wonderful florist Daphne & Doreen, who create bespoke, seasonal, British grown flower arrangements.
