We couldn’t be happier about how things have gone. From the opening 6 months ago, to Richard winning the Great British Menu and being named No. 3 in The Times 25 Best New Restaurants in the Country. None of this would have been possible without our amazing team around us, from Maddie our Restaurant Manager, Ashley our Sous Chef, Adam our General Manager who joined ship Benedicts a few weeks ago and all the other amazing troops who work with us at Benedicts. But most importantly a massive thank you to all you wonderful customers who truly make Benedicts what it is. Thank you for embracing what we are doing and who we are and we are delighted with the prospects of serving you Guys more good food, great wine and warm hospitality throughout next year.
New things to look forward to at Benedicts in the new year:
– the Menu as always will be forever changing with the seasons
– the Great British Tasting Menu will run until the end of January, but fear not our winning dishes will remain on the A la Carte. For those of you who have not been able to try Nanny Bush’s Trifle yet or the ones who can’t get enough of it
