2018 Guest Chef Series at Benedicts
We are giddy with excitement to announce this years Guest Chefs, who will join Richard and his Team in our kitchen and rule the Benedicts pass.
Each exclusive midweek dinner will be a celebration of great British food, cooked by world-class British chefs – many of whom are well-known faces from the BBC series Great British Menu, which Richard won with two stunning dishes in 2015 and more recently became a veteran judge.
Chefs and dates confirmed for the series include:
27th February – Kevin Mangeolles, Chef-owner at Michelin-starred The Neptune Inn, Hunstanton
28th March – Tom Kerridge, Chef-owner of two Michelin-starred The Hand and Flowers and one Michelin-starred The Coach, both in Marlow
16th May – Daniel Clifford, Chef-owner of two Michelin-starred Midsummer House, celebrating his 20th anniversary at the restaurant in Cambridge in 2018
20th May – Glynn Purnell & Luke Butcher, Chef-Owner & Head Chef of the 1 Michelin-starred Purnell’s in Birmingham
13th June – Josh Eggleton, Chef-owner of Michelin-starred country pub The Pony and Trap in Bristol

Beginning at 7pm, each evening will start with an arrival drink and a selection of snacks before diners sit down to enjoy a six-course menu by Richard and his team in collaboration with the guest chef, including matching wines to each course chosen by Adam, with tea and coffee to end the evening.
